The providers at CVOMG work together closely to manage your care, due to the nature of our practice your office visit may be scheduled with any of our providers. However, if you have a personal preference we will try to accommodate this if at all possible. Please note OB deliveries may be performed by any of our providers due to other deliveries and emergency situations outside of our control.
 






Kanwer R.S. Dhami, MD
Dr Dhami is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is originally from Kenya and immigrated to the US after high school. He attended the University of Illinois School of Medicine for both his medical school and his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has been practicing in the Fresno area since 1998 and has probably delivered several thousand children since! Dr Dhami has a daughter and a son who are both in elementary school. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, mountain treks and playing squash!







Julie Nicole MD
Dr Nicole is originally from Quebec City, Canada. She has been living in the United States since 1995. She completed medical school and residency at the University of Vermont before moving to California. She is a board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has clinical interests in minimally invasive gynecology and transgender medicine. Her husband, Drew, is a critical care nurse and they have two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking and knitting.








Victor Morales MD
Dr. Morales' interest in medicine started at an early age seeing his mother as a well respected Pediatrician growing up in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. After attending the University of Michigan, he did research at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan with Dr. Enrique Ostrea establishing the groundwork for studying the exposure of environmental pollutants on the fetus and subsequent developmental effects in childhood. He then began his medical education at Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Albert Einstein School of Medicine in the Bronx, NY in 2007.

After completing residency, Dr. Morales joined Magan Medical Clinic in San Dimas, CA where he soon became one of the most experienced gynecologists in the area performing minimally invasive gynecologic surgery specializing in robotic surgery. His areas of interest also include treating Endometriosis and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. In 2019, his career path led him to Fresno and Central Valley OBGYN Medical Group.

When he is not at work, Dr. Morales enjoys spending time with his wife and their five chihuahuas. When time permits, he likes to get outside to hike and play tennis, travel and is always ready for great food or a restaurant find. Despite leaving Michigan in 2003, he loyally follows the Detroit Lions, Tigers, Red Wings, Pistons and his alma mater--University of Michigan Wolverines. Go Blue!



Kim Morris, NP
Kim Morris is a nurse practitioner specializing in the care of women in all stages on life. She has been working with Dr. Sandhu and Dr. Dhami for over 10 years.










Ana-Liza Elias Pascual, MD
Dr. Ana-Liza Elias Pascual’s career path follows two generations of physicians in her family, who believed that serving the needs of others was the highest of callings. The daughter of first generation immigrants from Mexico and the Philippines, she was raised in Southern California. Proficient across a variety of academic areas and with a spirit of adventure, Ana-Liza attended Harvard University receiving her undergraduate degree in Social Anthropology and a John Harvard & Elizabeth Carey Agassiz scholarship for high academic achievement.

With her sights set on pursuing a medical career, she completed the first two years of her medical studies at Temple University School of Medicine and graduated from Ross University with High Honors in 2009. While in medical school, she received a National Science Foundation grant and performed research in Neuroscience at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. After completing medical school, Ana-Liza did two years of residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ and completed her residency at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, PA. Upon completing her residency program, Ana-Liza returned to California and joined Magan Medical Clinic in San Dimas, CA.

In 2019 the opportunity to be near family and enjoy a higher quality of life led her to Fresno and the Central Valley OB/GYN Medical Group. She is excited to be the latest member of the CVOMG team and to bring her skills, training, and bilingual heritage to advocate on behalf of her patients. She is fluent in Spanish. On her time off, Ana-Liza enjoys cooking, traveling, gardening, and spoiling her nephew and her Chihuahua children.
