The physicians at CVOMG work together closely to manage your care, due to the nature of our practice your office visit may be scheduled with any of our providers. However, if you have a personal preference we will try to accommodate this if at all possible. Please note OB deliveries may be performed by any of our providers due to other deliveries and emergency situations outside of our control.
Our Physicians
Kanwer R.S. Dhami, MD
Dr. Kanwer Dhami is an experienced, board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist who is one of the founders of the Central Valley OBGYN Medical Group. His passion and expertise for women’s health have flourished with over 30 years of experience and he has been selflessly caring for women in the Central Valley since 1998. Dr. Dhami has played an integral role in bringing new life into the region by delivering over 10,000 babies.
Dr. Dhami was born and raised in Kenya and immigrated to the United States after high school. He attended
the University of Illinois School of Medicine for both medical school and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has since been dedicated to providing exceptional medical care to the women in the Central Valley and is distinguished for his compassion, knowledge, and surgical prowess.
Dr. Dhami is a man of varied passions outside of the medical field. He is an avid reader with countless interests. He stays active through traveling and hiking - he has even hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro! He is multi-lingual and is fluent in Swahili, Punjabi, and Hindi.
Victor Morales, MD
Dr. Victor Morales is an exceptional, board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologic Surgeon. His astute diagnostic intuition, keen analytical thinking, and meticulous surgical technique delivers the highest quality care for his patients.
Dr. Morales’ passion for medicine was inspired by his mother who was a well-respected Pediatrician in Michigan. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Albert Einstein School of Medicine in Bronx, NY in 2007.
Dr. Morales then began practicing at Magan Medical Clinic in San Dimas, CA where quickly became the local expert in minimally invasive surgery and robotic surgery. He brought his expertise to the Central Valley in 2019 when he joined the Central Valley OBGYN Medical Group.
Dr. Morales enjoys spending his free time with his wife and chihuahuas. He is a car enthusiast who enjoys some high-speed adventures on the racetrack. He also enjoys to hike, play tennis, travel, and is always looking for exquisite cuisine or exotic food to taste. Despite leaving Michigan in 2003, he loyally follows the Detroit Lions, Tigers, Red Wings Pistons, and his alma mater—University of Michigan Wolverines. Go Blue!
Ana-Liza E. Elias Pascual, MD
Dr. Ana-Liza Elias Pascual’s career path follows two generations of physicians in her family, who believed that serving the needs of others was the highest of callings. The daughter of first generation immigrants from Mexico and the Philippines, she was raised in Southern California. Proficient across a variety of academic areas and with a spirit of adventure, Ana-Liza attended Harvard University receiving her undergraduate degree in Social Anthropology and a John Harvard & Elizabeth Carey Agassiz scholarship for high academic achievement.
With her sights set on pursuing a medical career, she completed the first two years of her medical studies at Temple
University School of Medicine and graduated from Ross University with High Honors in 2009. While in medical school, she received a National Science Foundation grant and performed research in Neuroscience at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. After completing medical school, Ana-Liza did two years of residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ and completed her residency at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, PA. Upon completing her residency program, Ana-Liza returned to California and joined Magan Medical Clinic in San Dimas, CA.
In 2019 the opportunity to be near family and enjoy a higher quality of life led her to Fresno and the Central Valley OB/GYN Medical Group. She is excited to be the latest member of the CVOMG team and to bring her skills, training, and bilingual heritage to advocate on behalf of her patients. She is fluent in Spanish. On her time off, Ana-Liza enjoys cooking, traveling, gardening, and spoiling her nephew and her Chihuahua children.
Starr Hilliard, MD
Dr. Starr Hilliard is a dedicated and compassionate Obstetrician and Gynecologist who is committed to providing comprehensive reproductive healthcare for women of all ages. Her passion for women’s health has been a lifelong journey, beginning with her undergraduate studies in gender and feminist studies and continuing through her master’s degree in global health where she focused on advancing women's healthcare worldwide.
Dr. Hilliard attended medical school at Tulane University in New Orleans. She completed her residency with UCSF Fresno at Community Regional Medical Center. During this time, she and her husband fell in love with the Central Valley, drawn to its strong sense of community and welcoming people. They have made Fresno their home, and in September 2024, they welcomed their son, born at Clovis Community Medical Center.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Hilliard enjoys reading historical fiction, traveling, skiing, and indulging in baked goods—especially anything with rainbow sprinkles. She and her husband frequently escape to South Lake Tahoe whenever they have a free weekend. Their family also includes a petite Marmalade rescue cat named Clementine.
Priya Vasudeva, DO
Dr. Priya Vasudeva is a passionate Obstetrician and Gynecologist who provides patient-centered, evidence-based care for women through all stages of life. She values the importance of attentively listening to patient concerns and goals in order to create a personalized care plan and is a strong advocate who empowers her patients.
A proud Central Valley native, Dr. Vasudeva completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UCSF Fresno after earning her medical degree from Campbell University. She is an excellent surgeon with
advanced skills in minimally invasive surgery including robotic surgery. She has a focus on quality improvement and is an electronic medical record expert.
Dr. Vasudeva enjoys hiking, playing with her dogs, reading, and gardening. She also enjoys creating artistic and delicious charcuterie boards to enjoy with friends and family. She is happily married and pleased to be raising her family in the Central Valley.
Allison Gutierrez, MD FACOG
Dr. Allison Gutierrez is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She is an experienced OB/GYN and US Navy veteran who has cared for women and delivered babies around the world.
Dr. Gutierrez earned her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and completed her residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. Her commitment to patient safety is rooted in her experience as the Vice Chair of the Quality Assurance Committee and Director of the Maternal Infant Unit at Naval
Hospital Yokosuka, Japan. Her team was recognized by the Surgeon General with a Power Award for delivering safe care to patients during obstetric emergencies. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care through effective listening as well as empowering patients to make informed decisions through education.
When not delivering babies, working in the clinic, or operating, Dr. Gutierrez enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 sons, and golden retriever. She also enjoys playing piano, sewing, hiking, and cooking. The Gutierrez family enjoys embarking on California road trips and nearby adventures.
